Free collection service

We aim to make self storage simple, so that is why we offer a free collection service or a free transportation service through our partner, Enterprise. Save yourself the hassle, time and expense of arranging your own transport on this busy move in day.

Our free collection service sees our branded van make ONE free collection visit and subject to availability, may make one further charged trip as necessary. It’s a collection service to support your move in to storage to any of our Scottish stores and T&Cs apply, check in store.

Here’s how it works…

After you have reserved your storage unit, you give the store a call and together agree a collection time. We drive the van to you, you load the van and we deliver to store. Once the paperwork is complete, you unload your belongings. It is ‘self storage’ after-all.

There are no extra costs, so you save:

• Van hire costs
• Van insurance
• Fuel costs
• Deposit

Our transportation service will give you free 24 hour rental of a Transit van from our partner, Enterprise. So, if you need a larger unit it may be better to take advantage of this service. This will enable you to make as many trips to our store as you need during the 24 hour period you have booked. Remember to check their opening hours before you confirm your arrangements. You still need to load and unload all your belongings yourself. (T&Cs apply).  This offer is available across all our stores – but Ts&Cs apply, please confirm the details with your store.
